I'm T.J. and this is my repository for historical broadcast footage for sports and news events involving the University of Notre Dame. I have been a collector of the Fighting Irish for many years and it's fun to share these clips with others who have a similar interest. We'll start with the "grand daddy" of Notre Dame Athletics, Knute Rockne. The film clips below are taken from a lengthy instructional film shot with Rockne and his players on the Notre Dame campus, circa 1929. You'll notice Rockne referring to the "talkies" in his opening comments to the players.
